“Burnbank Medical centre, not sure if many people know this, it more classier than other medical centres. We have more Doctor's and a nurse room. The reception are very helpful in all our needs, if, when who and times. There is a computer on the wall you type your date of birth when you come in for your appointment, just confirmed your name and take a seat, then sit down and your name will come up on the wall TV and hear it too. Nice nice nice. I came for my appointment 30 mins before I was due to see the nurse. I was in and out before my appointment time. How cool is that. Nice one.”

I’ve always been met with a polite, professional and friendly service on front desk; any doctors or staff I’ve needed have been incredibly helpful and I felt prioritised within the time allocated to me. I think some people need to understand how busy these teams are and usually dealing with people with illness..people when they’re ill don’t often come across as the friendliest and usually feel a bit low versus normal..show patience and politeness and you’ll get it returned in spades.”
