“Well on a Monday evening when many Chinese Takeaways are closed, we gave the Hot Wok a try. In fact it is our closest. We was not disappointed. Phoned our order in, was told 5/10 mins. Walked in, the friendly lady who had taken my call 10 minutes earlier had my food ready, paid the very reasonable bill and we was in the car back up the road. Tasty, fresh and hot.... that's all you are looking for from a Takeaway. Will definitely be returning.”

“Best chicken balls I've ever had- batter is perfect, not greasy, under or overcooked, and the chicken melts in your mouth. Good potion size! Curry sauce was just a little too spicy, but still good!”

“My usual takeaway is closed due to annual holidays so decided to try here for the first time. My first impressions were great. Got what I asked for and it tasted lovely. Even the chips were good. Delivery was fast. Overall I enjoyed my meal and I didn't even mind spending an extra 70p from what I used to. All in all. This place is worth a try. I would really have to order from here again to be able to say whether my first time meal from here was lovely by fluke :P and I will order from here again. It's already added to my phone contacts :)”

“We popped in for food around 6 o'clock. The place was jumping. Waited 10mins for a table ( we didn't mind) food was great and came quite quickly. The service from the girl on the till was amazing, she was super friendly and helpful. She was under pressure trying to serve and clean tables etc however this didn't affect the customer service or smile on her face. Wish I had caught her name as she's an asset to your business date of visit 17/3 around 6pm”

“Decided not to do traditional new year dinner, my daughter and I had special fried rice and also had a beef in black beans sauce both meals were beautiful, meat was perfect and the staff were very friendly, they gave us little wantons compliments of the house and festive chocolates which was a lovely touch . Definitely be ordering again soon:)”
