As someone who has always been a nervous dental patient due to a few traumatic experiences at other practices, I can honestly say that Claire is the best dentist I’ve ever come across. She’s incredibly skilled and meticulous; every piece of dental work I’ve had so far has been completely pain-free, not just during the treatment but afterwards as well. Beyond her technical expertise, Claire is wonderfully kind and reassuring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure I’m comfortable, which has made a huge difference to my confidence when visiting the dentist. The rest of the practice team are equally lovely and welcoming. Thanks to Claire and the staff, I feel like they’ve genuinely managed to undo years of bad dental experiences and anxiety. “In 2024, a friend recommended I ask Mr Kelly for a second opinion of the treatment that was being recommended by my current dentist, in whom I lacked confidence. From that very first appointment, Mr Kelly was extremely thorough and professional. He was very clear on what was required- options available, length of treatment as well as cost. He then very patiently, answered all my questions and addressed each and every concern. I opted to go for bridge. It took approximately 6 months and each step was explained and planned - giving me complete confidence at every stage. Some steps were more difficult than others, however, I got through it! I certainly couldn't have done it without Mr Kelly's wealth of experience, expertise, kindness and understanding. I have to also mention the quality of the temporary dentures and bridges I had to use - it really does make a difference. The final bridge was perfect and I have my smile back. A special mention to all the staff at MDK Dentistry- who were always lovely and helpful. I am now a patient at the practice and I know that myself and my teeth will be well looked after.
