I contacted Edinburgh Dental and was offered a same-day appointment. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. I was seen by Dr Ferhan, whom I knew through my colleges years but had never met in person before. His expertise, calm approach and precision were truly exceptional. He successfully removed the broken screw and arranged for a replacement. Today I returned for the fitting of the new screw and crown, assisted by Kasia. The appointment was smooth, efficient and completed within 15 minutes. The result is excellent – my crown is perfectly fitted and feels completely natural again.
