“I have been a student at Saint James School since I was in year 7. I am now a member of the Sixth Form. During my years at Saint James School there have been ups and downs - no school is perfect and every school has its difficulties. In my case, my positive experiences have outweighed any negative experiences that I have had. The teachers are, on the whole, caring and good individuals. The school worked hard to make sure that I did as well as I possibly could in my GCSE Exams and where the school could have done better, they admitted fault and worked to improve themselves. I am able to participate in a variety of extra curricular activities through both house activities which are held during the school day and also through after school activities (such as golf, tennis, sailing). Overall I am happy here. The Sixth form is small and personalised and I am in a leadership role which the senior management and staff take a sincere interest and help me to develop my leadership skills.”

We really love all the exploration, different settings and real life experiences they are exposed to from, Forrest school, to the amazing playground or the home cooking they get to see and join in with. Our son has had some additional needs and all the staff took it in their stride, even attending speech therapy classes themselves to assist him in nursery. He moves on to school with us safe in the knowledge that he has been given the best start in life thanks to the vision and hard work from all the amazing staff at WAH.
