βI have used this Lloyd's branch since it opened. Some staff members have changed but still some originals knocking about behind the counter. I Find that sometimes I have to wait in the queue to be seen too, but that is the same in all shops, never mind a pharmacy where your prescription has to be checked that no mistakes have been made in the amount, type and if you've had this drug before, if not they explain how to take your medicines. Also, new government policy has the pharmacist having to check different types of maladies, cuts, bruises, burns and other minor ailments to take some pressure of the Hospitals A&E Departments and also from the Doctors. When this happens, the Pharmacist has to stop what she or he was doing and attend to them. This would be a great idea if one of the other staff could take over from the pharmacist while away. As with other great ideas, I don't think this has been properly thought out! As to the staff, as my mother always said, treat other people as you wish to be treated your self, so I can honestly say, they have always been as cheerful as anybody else who has to deal with all types of customer, and service, depends not so much on the staff but on who needs what before you. I personally have found that always, they try to be as polite and friendly and helpful as possible. So I would like to say a big thank you to them all and please keep up the excellent work you sometimes do in trying conditions.β
βBig shout out to nurses Louise and Claire who were amazing with my 5 Yr old granddaughter today. She had to give a blood sample and was very anxious but the nurses were fantastic and put her at ease even playing Frozen background music thank you so much ladies you are a credit to your professionβ
βCalled in the morning. Got my fiance an appointment 2 hours later. Blood appointment the day after. Very fast considering how busy they seem. Doctor was helpful, informative and made her feel at ease even when she was nervous. Thank you for calming her. Lady on reception was patient and helped us with our issues. Very kind.β
βI'm so impressed by our over worked, under funded FREE healthcare surgery. Everyone of the GPs, reception, pharmacy and behind the scenes teams do a fantastic job. We need to start showing some gratitude, instead of being so negative. Because if it went away. You'd be complaining then... Thank you all at Holderness Health for your continued support. You are all very appreciated.β
βEco Sustainable Solutions, Eco AD Plant, Dorchester. The health surveillance went very well, The technician Adrian was very polite, good approach and made everyone feel comfortable whist carrying out the tests. We would be happy to have him on site next time. Thanksβ

βI would give this practice 11 stars if I were possible. While I recognize that frontline staff can come across as "difficult" they're often juggling clinical need with access to often limited resources. Which is why their recorded messages, promote NHS 111 to urgent treatment centers. The staff at this practice work collectively very hard, to benefit their patients with the very best in compassionate, effective and best care. My elderly in-laws have complex and varying medical needs, which are addressed and managed thoroughly from start to end. The principal clinician is exceptionally talented and has the benefit of support from a small but effective staff. My advice to nay-sayers is to consider treating people as you would prefer yourself. High handed or condescending attitudes may be reciprocated. After all who goes to work to be verbally offended. A little kindness will go a very long way. Thank you for your service Park View.β
