βOnly place I could get my baby boys prescription medication from in the local area having tried 4 other pharmacies in Hull. This was on a Sunday too. Thank you for helping us get what we needed for our little one. Very polite & friendly girl served meβ
βPharmacist attentive informative and reliableβ
βI use this pharmacy all the time. The staff they have in there now are always polite. I understand that you can not get your prescription at lunch time but that goes for every chemist!! Covid has hit hard for everyone and they have been open all the time and are still open and working hard. There are shortages of everything across the world... Not just medication.... That is not the chemist's fault..... So I just wait. I will continue to use this chemist.β
βWent in for a testing.Great place ,they have a walk in clinic every Wednesday. All the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease , constantly informed me politely what's happeningβ
βThe staff at this chemist which I use regularly are so helpfull. From the young pharmacist guy and all the girls. It's a well run place.β
βVisited A&E this afternoon. Got totally lost in the hospital but found it in the end as we parked the incorrect side for A&E. Never mind. In and out with an xray in an hour! The staff though, well theyβre amazing! So friendly! Hospital looks and smells amazing too! Not like I remember them! Will go there instead of Lincoln from now on!β
βCould not fault them at all, couple of hours wait, but to be expected. Dr was fully clear with what was happening, very calm and kept me calm, nurses where lovely aswell. Even though I was in a lot of pain they all made me feel at ease. Thank you so much! Superstars!β
βI have used Lloyds Pharmacy in Cottingham for several years, yes at times had to wait but this was in the mist of Covid-19. The staff work really hard and always try their best to help often under very difficult circumstances. Please try and see how hard it is for the staff to remain professional when they have just be verbally abused by the last customer. They are only human. Be kind to each other.β
βBransholme Centre is great for all of your shopping needs they have a multitude of shops selling hundreds of various products from hotfood to frozen products cards gifts clothes anything you can want or think of they sell it's easy to get to plenty of parking greatβ
βHad an emergency DKA. Couldn't even walk in to AnE. They saw me fast and once they worked out what was happening I flew to resucc. Staff were so amazing, fast, confident and absolute heroes. Was in HDU for a few days after and all staff from doctors down to cleaners were so lovely. Gave me lots of education and sent me home with everything I need to not need emergency treatment from it again.β
βExcellent flu jab session. There were annoyances with the pharmadoctor website and I am grumpy about everything medical but the pharmacist himself was cheerful and helpful about blood pressure, went above and beyond.β
βBransholme urgent Treatment Centre is an excellent modern medical facility, very clean and bright. The gatekeeper was friendly and helpful. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The nurse and her trainee were very efficient and friendly, an excellent service. There is a large free car park.β
βDidnβt know that this centre existed! Easy to park, nice friendly receptionist, and two nurses who took out the staples in my husbandβs legs with great care. Everywhere absolutely spotless. Wonderful centre!β
βThe lovely team here work extremely hard to deliver our vital medicines. It is now the only chemist in the village. So, it is a vital asset to our community. It is a shame that so many people are so horrible to the staff. The Doctors in the area need to help them with timely delivery of prescriptions.β
βSecond time I have used the minor ailments service. Pharmacist was really lovely such a nice manner. Was sorted with a prescription for my problem within 20mins start to finish. Brilliant service canβt fault it.β
βOne of the best hotels l stayed at affordable pricesβ
βFriendly and polite, very helpful.β
βStaff and Pharmacist friendly and helpful. Go that extra mile for customersβ
βI've always had positive experiences with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and cheerful. Whenever I have asked for advice they've been fantastic. My son has autism and can become confused and agitated. They've been absolutely brilliant with him and been able to calm him down and bring him back to being relaxed and cheerful. He's never felt at ease with previous pharmacies, with autism they find it difficult to read expressions, at this Lloyd's branch the staff always have a cheery positive outlook with him. Just one thing though. I keep trying to get them to dispense my own personal prescription to stop my hubby annoying me!!!!β
βI have been using there services regularly for over 2 years now and I have to say they are excellent. Always helpful if i have a problem they can help with. very knowledgeable and always friendly and polite...can't fault them and wouldn't think of moving elsewhere.β
βThe staff in our Morrisons pharmacy are BRILLIANT . Under what circumstances would anyone want to be on their feet all day . Iβve seen them abused by bad mouthed customers , who blame them because their prescriptions arenβt ready, itβs not their fault ! They are in the lap of the gods until the online prescriptions come in . I know itβs frustrating when they arenβt ready , but please stop and think before you shout at them , theyβre doing the best they can .β
βWent in to get my mothers prescription and asked if I could get anything for her allergy, went into the little room and she was prescribed antihistermines, which we got there and then, fantastic!! however the other day I rang and asked if they could prescribe something for cystitis and they said they were unable to prescribe for over 65's she is 88, maybe it's certain meds they can only prescribe at her age, don't know. On the website it doesn't state that they close for dinner, which is quite rediculous for people who need to go there in their dinner break, think they shut for 12 till 1.β
βWent in today cause I was bitten at weekend and hand had swelled. Young lady looked and got pharmacist straight away. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave me some antibiotics. So much easier than going to doctors. Thank you for your helpβ
βI read the comments before my 3 year old had bloods here, and I was quite reluctant to book but no other options were suitable for our schedule, so I had no choice but do so. I am really happy I did. We had no issues with the receptionists at all, both were polite and helpful. The nurses who took the bloods I could not praise them enough. One of them was called Becky, but I couldnβt catch the other ladyβs name. From the very beginning they made my son feel so at ease and he didnβt even realise the actual blood test. They were really friendly and it was a good experience all in all and all the staff we interacted with were absolutely brilliant. Thank you!β
βAbsolute disgrace . Receptionists donβt bother , they are busy talking their own personal talks , gossips than listening to patients and sorting their issue out promptly . Mishel completely ignored me and made me wait until I have had to ask if Elliott chapel has been put on for my blood tests . I was only given a choice for Morrill and longhill , I had asked to incude Elliott chapel . Then she pretend to do something on the system and in the mean time other patients came and she started to answering their queries , Knowing the fact I have been waiting to be put on to Elliott chapel for my bloods . No duty of care , not compassionate at all . Extremely discouraging .β
βIβve used this pharmacy for the last 4 years and the staff are just amazing. Always going above and beyond for your needs. So polite and good at their work! Iβve even moved house and stayed with this pharmacy just because! I really think each and every person who works there is the best at their job especially Danielle! Lovely teamβ
βNormally attend Walkergate, but was happy to attend here. Waited a week for appointment, which was fine as non urgent. No issues with reception. Dr Kallay was attentive, approachable and knowledgeable about the medication I'd come to discuss. A pleasant experience.β
βThe customer service is exceptional. Creating a friendly atmosphear. This lady makes fantastic sausage rolls. Served with a friendly disposition.β
