“Called in the shop today on a day out in Hull. I was given expert advice with the problem I was having with my MOD (That incidentally I hadn't even purchased from them) and nothing was to much trouble for the lad behind the counter with the interesting name of MOO. He was not only very knowledgeable but extremely polite I will definitely go in the shop next time I am in Hull and in the interim I will be getting everything I need on line from them Well done Moo you're a credit to your bosses”

“What a great service! Ordered my mattress online,delivered in less than 4days. The guys brought the new mattress in and took the old one away.Brilliant! It was so well wrapped and not a mark on it. I had priced this mattress online and Bedworld Hull was the cheapest! Would highly recommend,5* Bedworld.”

Dean the delivery driver was able to crane lift both bags over into my garden,much to my relief! We had an extremely difficult time trying to fulfil my requirements but he never faltered in his pursuit of my goals. “I'd just like to say thankyou to Abbie for going the extra mile to help me this morning. I set off from east hull and my wiper blades snapped off due to the cold and snow... managed to make it to halfords although i could barely see anything in the conditions at 8.05am. The store was closed and not due to open until 9am. Abbie saw me at the front doors and came to enquire what was wrong and after explaining the issue and pleading with her she went and got me the wiper blades I needed to carry on my journey to Wakefield.”

“Visited the Hull store today. A family member wanted a riser/Recliner Chair. The Store, Staff, quality of furniture was exactly as I had seen on the website. We were greeted by Lynne who asked if we would like assistance or view ourselves first. I told her our requirements and she fully explained how to recognise the correct size chair for my relative. Then left us to browse. Once we chose a chair she was so patient and supportive to ensure it was the correct one. It was clear to see she was knowledgeable and very caring. We were left to choose a fabric while enjoying a complimentary hot drink and biscuits. Lynn is a credit to HSL and you certainly delivered the warm professional service as per your website. No hesitation in recommending HSL”

“A night out to see 7 Drunken Nights. Quick and easy entry with very helpful staff to point you in the right direction for your seat. Famous old building , plenty of leg room once you are seated. A great show telling the story of how The Dubliners were first formed and some of the great songs they sang. Great singers and musicians, the atmosphere was great.”
