“Great showroom, went for a recall but the friendly salesman wanted to sell me a car, when I told him what I was there for he said I could have a free coffee. On the phone I was told it would be 1 hour, when I got there I was told it would be a couple. Was stuck in Castleford for 3 hours but they had washed the car for me”

We were having electrical issues with the front and rear lights on our work vehicle, they managed to squeeze us in a short notice (twice!), found the fault and got us back on the road. I booked my repair with Northern Accident Repair through my insurer and within minutes they called me to organise for the damage to be assessed. I took my car in for the assessment and was given an accurate timeframe for the repair. When my car was in for repair, I received text messages every day telling me what stage it was at, which was really reassuring and was a step above and beyond, considering the repair only took just over a week. The quality of the repair work done is outstanding, and is much better than I could’ve anticipated. I did have an issue whereby my window switch had been damaged on the door that had been repaired, but I contacted Northern and the problem was resolved without issue the very next day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I’ve received with these guys and I’d return here for any future work without hesitation.”
