“I moved to Huddersfield a while back from down South and I struggled to find a Caribbean shop like May’s, we had a lot of Caribbean shops and butchers where I moved from. I found May’s on social media last night and went straight there this morning!!! They have a HUGE range of seasonings/spices, fresh veg, drinks, Caribbean bakery items… I was so pleased I went there!! I needed to find a halal butchers and to find a nice, clean, halal butchers like in May’s made it even better for me. They have a range of meat, all halal, with pre-seasoned meat available. I bought some pre-seasoned meat to make curry chicken with and it is AMAZING! Honestly could not recommend this shop enough to anybody!!”

I loved my visit to this costa coz of the kindness showered by the staff (Can't remember the name but one girl's from Poland and another from Punjab, India) I wanted to sit in but the seating area is closed and she saw my disappointment and opened the seating area just for me. :) I liked their kind gesture, kind people are precious and I rewarded them with costa coffee mug when I left that place :) - Pavan 25-12-23”
