“Building a single storey extension, we had a completely blank canvas for KC Design House to work their magic on. The process primarily focuses on the functional needs of the customer and the aesthetics, with materials and colours coming later. The process isn't particularly quick, but where KCDH excel and what sets them apart from the rest is their attention to detail. A kitchen is a serious investment, so after it has been fitted you really do not want to be saying 'I wish that I had thought of ....'. Since our kitchen has been fitted, everything is exactly where it needs to be. Real thought has been put in to considering the flow and use of the kitchen, and it looks fantastic too Thank you KC Design House, you've helped us create a space that is a pleasure to use.”
“Recently bought an emergency recliner chair for our elderly mum because her old one stopped working. I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum. My sister and brother in law went down I. The afternoon and spoke to him, he went through everything with them. He even delivered it after he closed the shop so that mum could have it that night. Outstanding service, top quality customer service and a genuinely lovely man! Highly recommended. Thank you so much for your help.”
“Brilliant professional job from start to finish, we are delighted with our new kitchen. Would highly recommend you contact Ryan/ Ian before you commit to anyone else.”
“We bought just the pans we wanted after trawling Grimsby with no luck. In fact after shopping we went back and bought the tefal airfryer/grill 2 draw unit. Staff friendly. Would recommend for good quality cook ware”
“We went for table and chairs we didn't like the chairs that went with the table but was told you can have any of the chairs with table you just add the difference. Very helpful and pleasant. They didn't have the chairs we wanted so the gentleman found the shop who had them and reserved them for us. Brilliant staff.”
“We had a fantastic experience when visiting Furniture Village at Birstall, Leeds. There was a huge selection of sofas and the showroom was set out really nicely with room displays. The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”

“Pleased to report a very courteous and professional service from York Community Furniture Store. I've been downsizing after a series of life changing events this year. That left me with several large serviceable but now unwanted pieces of furniture. After a couple of failed attempts to donate to national charities I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily YCFS collected my items. An initial telephone call to confirm details of goods and building access was swiftly followed by a visit from their polite and efficient team and the whole process was complete in just over 30 minutes. An excellent service and exactly what I needed to assist me through a challenging time.”
“An eclectic range of uniquely designed homewares which are guaranteed to become a conversation piece in any home.”
“Very friendly staff and great looking handmade furniture for hotels etc.”
“Obsessed with my new dressing table! The quality is the best and it has plenty of storage for all of my beauty products and the LED mirror is the perfect touch! I love! Will definitely be ordering from this brand again”
