I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum. My sister and brother in law went down I. The afternoon and spoke to him, he went through everything with them. He even delivered it after he closed the shop so that mum could have it that night.
