“Fantastic customer service with excellent resolution to your queries and disputes to your interaction with the front desk staffing team in the pharmacy. I have had a good experience with the team at the management head office about the response to my initial disappointment with my prescription not being made to be collected as the pharmacist was seeing another patient and my prescription needed to be signed off as I have a blue script, which is a C/D, I was frustrated with the response from the assistant, and I lodged a bad review for the pharmacy. I have since edited the original review and I have given the pharmacy a 5 star rating which is justly deserved. To the staff that have to put up with arrogant and impatient customer's on a daily basis, i heartily offer my sincere apologies and I hope that you will have a good working experience with your very hard work and maybe a good laugh with your team. You are absolutely amazing people who are a credit to your organisation. I hope you will forgive myself for the rude and inappropriate response from me. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by me. I am sorry for the dreadful response. Please forgive me. I promise to be more civil and polite from now on.”

“Can't fault the staff here at all. They are always welcoming, chatty, interested and helpful. There have been times when they have bent over backwards to help and others where they have just been really kind. When I had a ridiculously swollen arm from an insect bite, they got me a glass of water there and then to take the antibiotics without me asking. On another occasion, the pharmacist spotted an infection in my 2-week old daughter, which doctors had initially brushed off, which involved her being hospitalised for 3 days - had this been left, she would have been very poorly. They make a fuss of my baby whenever we go in (the same with any child, and they know the names of so many, too), they've saved me money by applying coupons I didn't know about, they don't just sell you the most expensive product there...the list goes on. If you want a service which is personal and genuinely friendly, this is the place. :) (Re: opening times, they're the same as the doctors, pretty much. It's not 24 hours. If you want a late opening place, try Glasshoughton Asda.)”

Didn’t feel a thing compared to others previously and always happy and smiley and engaged with me especially kept checking I was ok as I was scared of needles but he made me feel at ease. Both times I was in he made sure customer service was on point and checked if I needed anything. After my jab I had a query for my meds which he promptly resolved straight away in front of me and I was on my way satisfied. If anyone needs any vaccinations Shaz is your guy you wouldn’t feel a thing.”
