We ordered loads and it was all delicious - would definitely recommend the homemade style Tofu, special vegan fried rice, salt and pepper chips, all the starters and also the chow mein. Also made a great breakfast the day after. Super friendly service - called me to tell me when we should set off to collect our food! Would love a bit more spice in the dishes marked spicy :) Definitely would recommend.”

“Called for refreshments after a walk today. Didn't book as we didn't know what time we would arrive, but a table was found for us. Great coffee (I love a strong latte, but it is also available in medium and weak). We all had toasted teacakes - very nice, and excellent prices. Lovely owners and staff. Will be back.”

“Had my nails and a spray tan done by Kelly on Wednesday last week. Honestly she’s amazing! My nails were Leeds united themed and Kelly took the challenge on perfectly a tribute to my late father in law! Amazing! And my spray tan is still as brown as it was the day after I had it done! Very quick and put me at ease and didn’t laugh when I’d not shaved my legs haha! Thanks Kelly c you again soon!”

I've tried several dishes and was blown away by the quality of the food. The standout dish for me was the lamb chops, which were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The chicken biryani was also excellent, with tender pieces of chicken and a fragrant mix of spices. I also sampled the mixed grill and masala fish, both of which were delicious and satisfying. In addition to the food, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions I had, which made the ordering process a breeze. “I’ve ordered from Moon's more than half a dozen times now, and honestly, they’ve never let me down. The staff are very friendly and often efficient, no messing about. They tend to be pretty busy at the times I visit so understandably, there can be reasonable delays but, the food quality and taste generally makes the wait worth it for me. The fries are always fresh, hot and that is one of the metrics I use to decide restaurant's respect and mindfulness to its clients. I'm fanatical about fries so, my criticism is generally harsh. On this note, Moon's need not worry. Now my main order, the Picante smash burger is my usual. It's fresh, crunchy, got a bit of kick, and just works. Everything’s well put together, not slapped in a box like some other places. It’s become my go-to after a long day or post-gym. Fridays especially, or midweek when I need a bit of a pick-me-up once a week. I have observed the cooks in the background, the cleanliness of the overall seating places and I believe the place is clean and deserving of Positive reviews.”

“Fabulous looking pub with a great choice of food. Had the Holy Cow Pie with chips and peasant it was beautiful. Plenty of steak and mushroom filling and lively pastry. The chips were wonderful and could be swapped for mash if preferred. Had the warm chocolate fudge cake for dessert and I can recommend that too. Thank you very much to the staff who were attentive but not invasive.”

“Great if you have little children! This restaurant was a great place for a midweek, lunchtime treat. We had our 2 year old twins with us which is always an adventure! But the great thing about the Frydays restaurant is that there’s a small, fenced off play area where little ones can play happily whilst we eat and have a conversation in peace (which is a novelty for us). The food was good quality and served quickly plus the girl serving us was really friendly.”

“Went yesterday around 1145 or thereabouts. Served by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. I was with my wife. His service and recommendations were impeccable. He really raised the bar for customer service. We both really enjoyed our experience. A true asset to this Chaiwala. He told me his good name but I have forgotten it.
