The design team may have changed over time, but it’s clear that Steve has passed on his expertise—Gary has done an excellent job. The fitters, Russ and Mike, are also outstanding. What impresses me most is how well they handle the inevitable little hiccups that can arise on any project. For me, that’s the mark not just of a good company, but a truly great one. “I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastic roofers. Polite, explains things so that you understand, and cleans up after themselves. We had a full reroof, then about 2 years later discovered a small leak after being battered with stormy weather. Contacted Simpson Dennis Roofing as we still had guarantee on the works, and they reassured us over the phone, came to check it, and fixed it as soon as they could. It didn't cost us any extra as they honoured the guarantee. They are trustworthy and reliable unlike many others today. Highly recommended!”

“10/10 - Excellent. Its important for me that people do what they say they will do and Owl Property Maintenance stood over ever word. Every single day Adrian turned up and worked his socks off. When the job grew in size due to an issue that was uncovered along the way, Owl Property Maintenance stepped up without a bother. They were excellent. They can do everything - tiling, building walls, bathroom installation, ceiling and flooring replacement, plastering, electrics. All to a high standard. Adrian was our main guy with help from Michael at the installation stage for our bathroom and various other members of the team popping in here and there. Im assuming it’s when there was specialist eyes needed for electrics as an example. All very polite, considerate and hard working. From day one total consideration. Was given to my property and I was impressed that nothing was started until the flooring and carpets were all covered and protected. Each night the building work was not left until it was secured so my 1 year old and 4 year old were safe and there was a clean up every night. Thoroughly impressed at the communication throughout - Mark lead on this and was straight back to me every time on text message without delay, even out of hours. We will be using again in the future and have a growing list of jobs that we’ll be putting their way. Highly recommended.”
