“What can I say about this company apart from they are marvellous! After 6 months of getting quotes from other companies and worrying about who to trust, Lawrence at Brownleys came out to measure and quote. From the first instance, he put me at ease and knew exactly what I imagined in my head. Lawrence told us they were booked up and would add us to the list which also put my mind at ease because if a firm is not busy that's a worry. We made a couple of changes here and there which Lawrence was very helpful and patient with. On the day of installation which was earlier than expected the guys were amazing and worked none stop to get them up for me in a day. I can't recommend this company enough!”

Excellent attention to quality on the fitting and a very good product. Homestyle fitted our last kitchen in 1998 and the service is just as good now as it was then. The price is competitive when the fitting and plumbing are taken into consideration. “Jamie and Mark did some work in my kitchen to remove a cupboard and install a dishwasher and a new oven . Whilst this was only a small job for them, they managed to fit this job in at very last minute notice and did a really good job. They worked really efficiently and assisted me with removing my old oven too. I would certainly recommend!”

“Our cooker hood motor had failed and, while other repair companies weren't interested in helping us - saying we should just replace the whole hood - HAS took on the repair. The man on the phone was really helpful and his communication was excellent throughout. The engineer was always on time, professional, and proficient. The cost was very reasonable and way cheaper than the purchase and fitting of a replacement hood. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“We decided to get a hot tub at the same time as the rest of the UK unfortunately!! This meant that every spa we tried to buy from anyone had long lead times, however, most people didn’t tell us at the beginning of the conversation and we almost paid before being told it would be 4 months. It was a very different story with Pool-Spas. Naomi was very clear immediately that there were lengthy lead times on most models and explained why including the manufacturing process. It was very obvious that this was a company that knew their products and manufacturers very well. We selected the model we wanted (Passion Spa Happy) in the finish that was available soonest and were advised it would be available for delivery in a few weeks . Naomi contacted me a couple of days later with the news that the manufacturer no longer had any of that style available in that timeframe so we changed to a different finish. The communication throughout was very professional, pleasant and I truly felt like my business mattered to both Naomi and Neil personally. Even when things went awry due to the manufacturer Naomi herself felt the disappointment as much as I did. There was a slight additional delay on delivery due to earlier explained circumstances but the hot tub arrived on the day and date arranged. 3 men manoeuvred it to our preferred position and very quickly set it up and explained the basics. They were very chatty and lovely fellas who ensured everything was perfect and they also tidied up all the packaging and removed it. The following morning they returned to double check everything and go through all the features and instructions. We could not have asked for a better service and are over the moon with our hot tub. Would highly recommend (and already have!!) well done to you all!!”
