Large builders yard you can collect straight away which i found convenient when in a bit of a rush but also free delivery usually delivered on the day as opposed to waiting a few days. “I can’t praise Priory Hardwoods enough. Their service, equipment, products, advice and reassurance was super-helpful. I hired equipment from them to spruce up two very different existing wooden floors when I moved into my new house. I was a novice and they showed me loads of samples to help me work out what I wanted to achieve, and fathom out what I needed to do, given the floors I was inheriting. They guided me through the entire process and made sure I had the know-how and detailed kit that I needed for every step. This included loads of hands-on instruction when I picked up the various machinery, so I had seen it demonstrated and had a go before I took it home and did it solo. Their products that I applied to my floors are super hard-wearing and will last for a long number of years. They were on hand at every step of the way, and I called them several times for advice – thank you so much Bev for all your help and patience. The results were superb and I recommend their service and approach 200%.”

“We have used LPS previously to service a gas fire so when we decided to replace our boiler we chose to use them again. Our experience with the service was very positive and the boiler replacement was equally as positive. From first contact with the showroom/office to book the boiler fitting right through to the installation it has all been excellent. All the team have been professional and friendly. The engineer who came to fit the boiler was very polite, kept all areas tidy while working and left it clean and tidy when the job was finished. Any queries are always answered promptly with the office. We were very impressed with the professional way the whole process had been carried out that when we decided to have solar panels fitted, we chose LPS to install them. “Today we had our solar installation completed by Warmaway - in short we cannot speak highly enough of the installation service we received. Obviously, it is far too early to judge the effectiveness of the system or actual savings but: in terms of the installation process, it was, simply, faultless. The electrical team of James, Fraser and Lucas arrived as scheduled (not always a "given") on Monday. They were friendly, polite, helpful and very effective at removing rubbish and general debris. Joe completed the installation of the panels today with similar plaudits. Joe carefully took me through the info from the monitoring app and all seems to be working fine - with the experience of nearly 5 hours. “We've just had a Worcester Greenstar boiler installed by JB heating and the service was outstanding. They attended to do the fitting the very next day after quoting a very competitive price over the phone. I know they put themselves out to get to us so quickly and it was hugely appreciated as we had been without a boiler for a week in December. Matt - our engineer - and both his apprentices were polite, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy in their work. We also appreciated the expedited advice and quote we received from Jonathan and all the ladies that I talked to in the office were able to speedily and cheerfully help me with all my queries. Our new boiler is purring away efficiently and our house is a home again. We will certainly be using them for all our servicing and will be highly recommending them!”

“We decided to get a hot tub at the same time as the rest of the UK unfortunately!! This meant that every spa we tried to buy from anyone had long lead times, however, most people didn’t tell us at the beginning of the conversation and we almost paid before being told it would be 4 months. It was a very different story with Pool-Spas. Naomi was very clear immediately that there were lengthy lead times on most models and explained why including the manufacturing process. It was very obvious that this was a company that knew their products and manufacturers very well. We selected the model we wanted (Passion Spa Happy) in the finish that was available soonest and were advised it would be available for delivery in a few weeks . Naomi contacted me a couple of days later with the news that the manufacturer no longer had any of that style available in that timeframe so we changed to a different finish. The communication throughout was very professional, pleasant and I truly felt like my business mattered to both Naomi and Neil personally. Even when things went awry due to the manufacturer Naomi herself felt the disappointment as much as I did. There was a slight additional delay on delivery due to earlier explained circumstances but the hot tub arrived on the day and date arranged. 3 men manoeuvred it to our preferred position and very quickly set it up and explained the basics. They were very chatty and lovely fellas who ensured everything was perfect and they also tidied up all the packaging and removed it. The following morning they returned to double check everything and go through all the features and instructions. We could not have asked for a better service and are over the moon with our hot tub. Would highly recommend (and already have!!) well done to you all!!”

On the day of the installation the fitters Matty and Dylan (and a little help from Kyle) were exceptional.
