Hardware store in Leeds

“Had been looking round for replacement worktops. After a long search settled on budget kitchens and glad we did. Fair price, good quality and the fitter was excellent. Highly recommend”

“I hired a whacker plate a couple of days ago. I spoke to James from the hire department on the phone and the machine was delivered within half an hour. James was very professional and polite during our phone conversation and when delivering the machine. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Went to Jewsons at Morley, but they didn't have want I wanted. Assistant went out of his way to search other branches, to no avail. However, then searched other suppliers and directed me elsewhere. Above and beyond, what!!!!”

“Purchased some materials for a joiner from Travis Perkins Knaresborough, and the guy I spoke to at the desk, Kane, was very helpful going through my list and helping me order what I needed. The items were delivered in the time period arranged. I needed some extra items and made some returns and on all visits the staff were helpful and at the end there was some material we didn't need and they processed a refund straight on to my card. Overall, have been very happy with my experience.”

“I received the most superb, helpful and friendly service yesterday from Sue in the garden section when buying 2 plant containers. She produced a measure so I could check the container measurements (as I had left mine at home by mistake), actively helped me select the right ones within the price range I was looking for, was very knowledgeable and even took the containers I'd chosen to the checkout for me (I have arthritis) and then loaded them in to the boot of my car. Wonderful service...and the store also had a really good selection of plant containers in stock at a sensible range of prices. A full 5-star experience, thank you.”

“On Friday the 19th of December we visited the store Michael approached us asking if we needed any help he was exceptional amazing and friendly 10/10 service and helped us the whole time absolutely amazing member of staff very very helpful and we really did appreciate it thank you so much Michael !!!!!”

“Helpful staff rang this morning for a query on if they had specific paint in store as I don’t live local and the guy who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Went in store a few hours later and he knew who I was and helped me get what I needed. Friendly staff and efficient.”

“Dave at framed kitchens could not have been more helpful and professional. These beautifully crafted wooden kitchens in any farrow & ball colour you like, custom made to perfectly fit your space are every bit as good as kitchens that cost three times the price. I would unreservedly recommend them.”
