Due to Villeroy's fault, we were given one too many teaspoons and one too few dessert forks. I contacted customer service who replied promptly and sent out a replacement fork for us in the post! Happy customer. Thank you Select Homeware! Would recommend them to anyone - great customer service and great prices!”
