I was very well taken care of, my needs were listened to and met easily and I was consistently asked throughout the process if I was happy and if I wanted to change anything. Abi explained every step of the process to me so I was comfortable and reassured at each stage. The end product is fantastic, I won’t go anywhere else for my hair now!”
