“This pub is local to me but I never really go in when passing by. Today I thought I’d give it a try and it did not disappoint. I had the hot beef baguette with home made chips (which is something you don’t see much these days) which was really tasty with generous portion sizes. Great value, and the staff were really nice too. I will definitely be coming here more now. I sat outside, but the pub was really nice inside too.”

“Best pizza in the area! You can tell that the dough is homemade and that all ingredients are fresh! I would definitely recommend pizza Roma! We ordered pizzas for our football team. We asked them for pick up at 5:30. They said that they could arrange this; and they was all ready when I arrived! Excellent service! There staff were really helpful!”

“Called in for a late lunch and not that busy, had a lovely lunch from the fixed price 3 course menu. Served by the wonderful Emma that looked after us and was able to recommend from the menu and engaged in conversation nicely. “Greeted with a smile by friendly staff who were only too happy to take us to our reserved table. They asked if we had any special requirements, allergies etc. They were so attentive throughout, we were allowed to eat our meals in peace without being disturbed. The only downside to the evening was the fact my husband has sensory issues which we were catered for by way of a quiet area but some adults allowed their children to run around screaming which made us leave early. The staff and manager were in no way to blame for this as it is a family friendly establishment but it would have been nice if the parents of the children showed a little respect for others dining this evening.
