Since I have been going for my eyebrows, I have had several other treatments not only with Gemma but with the other girls too. “If I could give more than 5 stars I really would, I was told about love nails by my hair dresser many months ago, and quite frankly I haven’t gone anywhere else since! They all have an amazing sense of humour, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome! My nails have grown so well, I always have BIAB. I have never had to go back to get my nails changed or fixed, I go once every month for my infills and they always last amazing! “I visited Alpha Beauty Lounge last week for a full pamper day… I pre-booked my brows for a Tint & Shape followed by full head of highlights, root smudge, toner, wash, cut and blow dry… I was in the salon for a full day and honestly had a lovely time whilst being pampered by Priti and Rhianna. “I was determined to remember to write a review because wow the girls had the most amazing time. I didn’t know what to expect and it by far exceeded all expectations and blew the girls minds. Started with a good 40 mins in the hot tub with little welcome mocktails. The lady looking after them “Ellie” made the girls instantly at ease and described exactly what was going to happen through the day and checked in regularly with them. They had lovely little massages, and they always make sure the girls who aren’t having a treatment have something to do like amazing hot choccies. The ladies were really respectful of their young ages and made them feel safe and looked after. We weren’t ever left without anything to do or milling around and didn’t feel rushed to leave. The afternoon tea was amazing and definitely exceeded expectations again! Thanks so much for a great day for the girls. We will definitely come again and highly recommend. “Always a pleasure at Boudoir. I visit regularly for various treatments and i am always pleased with the service. Staff are very friendly. They have a wide variety of services available and a vast amount of experience. They are very knowledgeable about the services they provide - offering advice for best treatment suited to me as well as after care and future course of treatment. I really like that they provide apprenticeship opportunities and am always happy to help where i can for their training and development. Love the staff there and they are highly recommended in my opinion. I have never had a bad experience in the 5+ years that i have been going there. :-)”

“I've always had a great experience and quality whenever I come here, which is about a year now. Never been a set of nails I haven't liked, and they last well over 3 weeks. Plus all the ladies are lovely and skilled so it doesn't matter if your usual tech is booked up. Also it's really convenient being able to manage the appointment online.
