“Firstly, I must point out that my partner and I did not dine at the Caravelli but stayed in the hotel however I did see and smell the food and it looked, delicious! We used this as a base for the night as I had to travel back to visit my father who had been very unwell. Whilst we were there, I found out that shortly after visiting him, he passed away… whilst trying to process everything that had happened, I popped downstairs for a drink to calm my mind and the front of house staff knew that I had received bad news. They were so kind and supportive towards me, I was most grateful and very touched. Our suite was beautiful, large, spacious and clean with tasteful decor. The bed was huge and very comfortable and it helped me to get the rest I so desperately needed. Thank you again so much. We will be back next year in different circumstances to stay and dine.. I wasn’t sure I’d find somewhere that could do it properly but they were professional, knowledgeable, and the rings fit perfectly.
