We were then treated to a personal all encompassing visit with try on’s full get up for the extra special customer service. Kyran was an absolute star on the day with us a couple of walk ins. “Had dinner in Buffalo mid-week. We didn’t have a reservation. We got a table straight away. The restaurant was busy. Our server, Shah was very helpful and explore menu and suggested some dishes to meet our requirements. The menu had a great selection of dishes. We especially enjoyed the spinach and feta in filo pastry and the prawns. For the main the braised lamb shank and the moussaka were enjoyed. Mehmet was very helpful and checked in with us throughout the meal to ensure we were enjoying our meal. This is an excellent restaurant with good value for money and friendly staff. “I went in with a yellow home bleaching, I was given a good trim and a colour consultation. I went back after the patch test a few days later and had foils/toner; my main concern had been roots needing to be re-bleached/hair damage. The hairdresser spent over three hours recolouring my hair and it is amazing, the best colour treatment I've ever had anywhere. Everyone has told me how good it looks and asked where I went! I have finally found the hairdresser for me and my hair and I won't go anywhere else. Absolutely first class. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere.”

“I’ve only ever been to Alana for my hair since moving to Bedford and have been to Damiano twice for restyles since I followed her there! Everyone’s friendly, complimentary drinks are always offered and I like the music and bustle. I’ve had a few bad cuts in the past which had put me on edge about new hairdressers but Alana makes me feel super comfortable, we always have a lovely catch up, her attention to detail is amazing and she truly cares about the end result. Trusted her to take me from waist length to bob! I always feel pampered with Alana and will keep returning to her.”

“Great pub we fell into. The garden is amazing and the pub has a lovely feel. We had a 'Small plate'. I had a chicken waffle which was lovely and my wife had a prawn and chorizo taco. The mains however looked incredible. Definitely going back for the chicken burger. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended”

“Went into store 27/8/25 with our granddaughter who had broken her ankle 12 months earlier, since then she had not worn proper shoes due to her anxiety about her ankle. We had been to many shoe shops throughout Banbury and MK with no success in getting Isla in a pair of shoes. We went in Charles Clinkards and straight away were greeted with shop staff that so clearly wanted to help with the problem we had. Isla was seen by Madelaine no 6553, she talked and explained things to Isla who is only 9 years old. She came out with loads of different pairs of shoe/boots explaining how certain pairs would help support her ankle. Madelaine was so caring and supportive not worrying how much of her time we were taking up. Eventually she got Isla into a pair of boots, she was so excited she wore them straight away. You must be so pleased to have such a caring and helpful assistant working for you. Madelaine certainly gets 10 out of 10 from us, and we will make sure Clinkards is our first port of call next time Isla needs new shoes.
