“My 4 year old daughter used to go here and my 18 month old son currently goes here now. Our experience has been fantastic here. We can see our kids growing in confidence and developing their skills. Each to their own, but Charnwood Rothley has been great for us, the staff are friendly, our kids have formed a close bond with them. They do a lot of different activities such as Forest School and trips out which has made all the difference. We’re so glad we choose this nursery.”
“Absolutely amazing, My grandson loves Saturday morning because of stagecoach, His confidence has rocketed. He love all aspects of time he's there. All tutors are Absolutely amazing and so kind. This has been the best thing we have done for him. Keep up the amazing work, u guys do..”
“Both of my daughters dance here and I couldn’t ask for a better place for them to be. They have grown in confidence like you wouldn’t believe. Everything is taught at their own pace and in such a nurturing environment to get the best out of every student. Some dance schools can be so pushy. My girls do so many classes between them now it’s like a second home for them! Couldn’t recommend enough and so glad I found Yasmin Amber.”
“I cannot thank AMC enough for everything they do. It is more than a just a dance school. From summer holiday clubs (which are fab and really needed!), to amazing shows they are the best. Ultimately AMC has given my daughter so much confidence and most importantly new friends. She loves her classes every week. Adele and Sarah you are phenomenal (and must have the patience of saints sometimes!). Thank you, thank you. Keep doing what you do, I would never fail to recommend x”
“It's fun and good for people who like theatre”
“We viewed lots of nurserys throughout Leicestershire before selecting this one. It's THAT good. Some of the reasons we love it are... They make a huge effort to be kind to the environment by using wooden toys and teaching children how to look after flora and fauna. They even make their own play dough! The building is large and the gardens have beautiful established trees for summer shade. The kids even nap outside in the summer, it's the cutest thing to see. They make great use of the uni facilities; taking the kids out to see the fountain, fruit trees and basketball pitches. And because the campus has lecturers from other countries, there's babies from other countries. They all celebrate all the different cultures with joy and pride! The carers rejoice in the kids' achievements as much as the parents do. It's so heartwarming to read the updates on the app. For us, we were also impressed with the number of males in care roles, which is a rare thing to find, but establishes healthy gender norms from a young age. The menu is spot on. Great quality diverse food. And meal times are structured so that kids can learn to be independent and varied eaters. Our son certainly has a rich and fulfilling time there and they definitely offer him a wider variety of activities than we would at home. Overall the atmosphere and culture is uncomparible; in our search for the right nursery, nothing came close to this. And finally, it's right next to a coffee shop that sells great coffee so I order and pay for my latte, nip next door to drop my son off, then nip back to collect my coffee. It's heaven!”
“My daughter Skye has been dancing at the Loughborough Academy of dance since she was 2.5 years old. She is now 13 years old and has had the opportunity to dance at disneyland paris, London, Blackpool, Drayton Manor, town centre, stock port and various other places. She also does lots of dance festivals in Ibstock, Leicester area. Highly recommend. All the dance teachers commit a lot of their own personal time of which me and my daughter are very grateful of. The passion shown from the school shines through my daughter's dancing. The dance family also put on fun events for the children and families to enjoy for all their hard work.”
“La Danza Studio is a very welcoming and friendly dance school. The quality of dance training is excellent. I would highly recommend this dance school.”
“Excellent facilities, excellent instruction from the class lead and a professional team approach. Our toddler has fun and as parents we think the level of learning and support has always been appropriate to our child's needs and level of understanding. This is our second time with water babies so it's a true testament to how good the team are! Thank you all!”
“My daughter Kacey has been going to cosmic for a couple of years now and she has grown in confidence. She loves going. Everybody is so lovely and it’s the best thing I ever signed her up to. Highly recommended. x”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Nursery Ever! If you're looking for a nursery that feels like a magical wonderland run by superheroes in disguise, look no further than Watermead! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team of warm, energetic staff who somehow have the patience of saints and the energy of toddlers (seriously, what’s their secret?). The place is spotless—probably cleaner than my own house—and filled with more toys and learning activities than a kid could ever dream of. My child has come home singing new songs, counting to ten, and, most importantly, exhausted from a full day of fun (which means an early bedtime for me—win!). The staff treat every child like their own, and I swear they must have degrees in magic. The forest school is a kid’s paradise, enough space for tiny feet to run wild without me worrying about injuries. All in all, I’d rate this nursery ten out of five stars if I could. Highly recommended—just don’t be surprised if your child refuses to leave at pickup time! Forest School Review: Mud, Mayhem, and Surprisingly Deep Life Lessons If you like the idea of your child turning into a feral woodland creature, Forest School might be for you. It’s basically school, but instead of desks and whiteboards, there are trees, mud, and the occasional child getting way too excited about fire. They learn actual survival skills. Your kid might come home knowing how to build a shelter, start a fire, or fashion a spoon out of a stick. If the apocalypse hits, they’ll be way more useful than you. No homework. The only assignments are “don’t get lost” and “try not to eat unidentified berries.” It’s nature’s playground. Sticks become swords, logs become balance beams, and every puddle is an opportunity. (Mostly an opportunity to get soaking wet.) They get tough. Falling over? Part of the learning process. Rain? No problem. Cold? Layer up and keep going. They come home filthy. Mud, grass stains, the faint smell of smoke—your washing machine will work harder than it ever has. They think they’re Bear Grylls. Expect enthusiastic lessons on the real way to start a fire and why “the best water filter is a moss-covered rock” (it’s not). Weather doesn’t stop them. Raining? Perfect. Snowing? Even better. Parents, however, may not feel the same enthusiasm when standing around in 3°C drizzle for pickup. Sticks. Everywhere. Your house will slowly fill with “really special” sticks, leaves, and occasionally a pet worm they tried to smuggle in. Forest School is a chaotic, muddy, wild adventure that kids love and parents tolerate. It’s a perfect blend of learning, independence, and coming home looking like they just survived a minor natural disaster. Would highly recommend—just invest in a sturdy washing machine. Even my older children are jealous that they never had the opportunity to attend Watermead when they we’re younger..... Ps: The staff deserve a pay rise!!!”
“A great dance school, Great staff. My daughters love going and have made many friends along their Dancing Journey. Highly recommended!”
“It's a very great place full of learning and fun I recommend to send your children to PQA.”
“Fantastic school. My sons education has come on in leaps and bounds. Couldn't wish for more and would highly recommend.”
“Highly recommended, my daughter loved it here. Unlike other dance schools in the area, u can trust these lovely, skilled teachers with ur child”
“I have been part of this dance school since it first started and it is absolutely brilliant! The teaching staff are supportive, patient and always willing to help. Unlike many other dance schools, JK School of Dance has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere which greatly relieves the pressure of exams and dance shows. The variety of subjects to take make it so that there is something for everyone. New pupils quickly feel at ease regardless of ability or shyness. Everyone is so friendly and it is a great place to be!”
“My little one absolutely loves it, we like that there’s elements that are the same each week so they can quickly join in but also like building on the theme. Shezeen is great and makes every child feel so special, and is able to adapt the class for everyone’s needs”
“Loughborough Theatretrain has given me so much everyone is friends with everyone and none judges you and you gain so much experience.”
“Excellent school run by professional people”
