“In desperate need of a hair cut, I couldn't find anywhere free in Tamworth. However, as I was with the wife in the area on Friday, I popped in to see if they had any vacancies. Mike said he hadn't but took my number in case should any arise before closing time, however one did and he very kindly called me back a short time later to say he had a cancellation at 5.30. “We take our very curly coated labradoodle to Jane @ scruffy mutts to be groomed and washed. He always comes back looking immaculate. Very well trimmed and tidy. Coat always fluffy and bouncy and even smells fantastic. Jane gives us great advice and helps us keep on top of his coat as it's prone to knotting. Also super dog friendly environment that allows all the dogs that are able to socialise with each other while waiting for either there cut or to be picked up. I know she also has facilities for dogs that need or want to be kept to themselves. Very competitive rates too so excellent value. All in all ten ten and can't recommend enough”

“Have had a Tagiffany tag for my RGT adopted beautiful greyhound and absolutely delighted with it. So much so, I ordered a different one for my friend's dog when they moved house. She now looks very smart and is safer with contact details clearly displayed. Thank you for a brilliant product and quick service. When I get my second greyhound I will be coming to you again. The tiny bit more to pay is well worth it as the cheap tags from pet shops don't last and the pound or two extra gives you a very high quality tag that will last forever, staying clear to read and keeping your dog traceable.”

“My cat izzy had an amazing time here and was looked after so well she loves her food but didn’t want any when she got home so must’ve been fed very well too!!! She’s very happy. The review below is misleading, owner is very responsive and helpful - you can easily reach them on WhatsApp. I imagine it’s hard always answering the phone when you are looking after the cats, but they answered first time I called so don’t think that is a fair representation. The owner is a natural with cats, provided lots of lovely updates on how izzy was doing and if there were any concerns she had!! I’ve booked izzy in again for when we next go away - the care was much better than when I’ve sent her to other catteries. One happy cat and owner ☺️”

“Fabulous service! I ordered a same day delivery of beautiful cream and white flowers and asked for the delivery name to be sent to ‘Scoobie Doo’ (nickname for my boyfriend!) The delivery driver wrote in the delivery card that he’d left the flowers with Valma next door and signed off ‘From Shaggy’, which my boyfriend particularly enjoyed! The flowers are lovely and the service excellent. They arrived very quickly. Would order again! Love the personal touch of the delivery as well. Excellent!”
