“I took my ford fiesta in today for an MOT, I hadn’t pre booked but they had space. The receptionist lady was lovely, and I spoke to two other gentlemen who were helping around and who had explained the advisories on my car. The processes was quick and easy, even though they looked busy. As a young woman who’s been to other garages, I felt comfortable here and I wasn’t spoken down to, which is really important. I saw the other review where the gentlemen said that the car should have come back in a cleaner state, the garage had obviously taken the criticism on board as the seatbelts in my car were buckled and there was no mud or dirt around. - although this doesn’t matter to me, it’s nice to see an attempt. Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back.”
