“Called at 9.30am needing them to come out to my location because of a puncture. They ordered the tyre and called promptly at 3.30pm as promised. They arrived 20 minutes later and the tyre was fitted and paid for by 4.10pm. The fitter was efficient and friendly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.”

“Had a clutch/gearbox issue occurring with my a car and took it to a different garage before going to lucas who then told me to take it to the same garage but on the side of Chester which i wasn't comfortable taking it there considering the issues i had. Went back home, researched managed to discover Lucas garage which can deal with the issues i had plus more closer to home. Phoned them and they managed to get the car in with short notice, told me what the problem was and they managed to fix the issues i had.
