“A HONEST PROFESSIONAL GARAGE!! I took my Mercedes A45 here on a recommendation and after being told my track rod end on the drivers side was seized and needed replacing. Mercedes weren’t interested in checking it out and instead gave me a quote of £800 for the replacement of the two. (Not sure what they were replacing them with at that cost)? Dean at Chester Auto Service checked both plus the full suspension and gave the car a full check over and said it was in mint condition with no issues at all and no £800 cost. lol If you want a professional garage with professional HONEST staff then I would highly recommend this garage. Great customer service, Stu is very knowledgeable and did a thorough check on the Air Con system. Had a full re gas in the end, but was all tested again to ensure it was working as it should. Car now FREEZING! Highly recommend and will be using for all of our cars going forward. Good to find a company that knows what they are doing, don't rip customers off and are friendly to boot!”

Involved removing the bonnet etc. Fortunately they had a spare filter for a Toyota that fitted my Lexus and done there and then. Mechanic came out and explained whilst showing me the part. All done within about 30 mins. Can't fault all the staff who were extremely helpful especially being able to do the job there and then.”
