โGreat hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.โ

I had an appointment with Kemi and she instantly put me at ease, she asked me plenty of questions, explained things really well and made sure I had all the information and options so that I could make the right decisions about my treatment plan going forward. The nurses Bethan and Lauren were also amazing - They were super supportive and reasuring, more than I couldโve asked for or expected! I canโt thank Kemi, Lauren and Bethan enough for making what I thought would be an awful experience actually really positive. Because of them I wonโt dread going back to finish my treatments.โ
