“Phoned Monday, explained the problem, was told Wednesday before 1pm, but we are really busy. The engineer arrived at 12.45, Wednesday, and was very friendly and efficient. A really nice guy. Very quickly dignosed and repaired a minor fault. Stayed till he was certain there were no leaks or other problems. The charge was very reasonable and the machine was up and running again. Would certainly use again and recommend to anyone who needs a good level of service. Excellent job, many thanks!”
