I made an initial enquiry online and was soon contacted by Lyndsey so arrange an appointment with the surgeon. The commutation in the run up to my operation was great & the actual experience in hospital was amazing. “Went on Easter Saturday as I had started to feel rough on the Thursday before with a very sore throat. Arrived just after opening at 8am with about a dozen people before me, spoke to a lovely receptionist who took all my details then asked me to wait in waiting area. I was triaged within 20 minutes and then called to see the nurse practitioner about 30 minutes later who confirmed tonsillitis and sent a prescription to my local chemist. Excellent service by really caring staff. Never once did they make me feel as though I should not have been there. Very grateful to them for looking after me so quickly.”

“Hi i wrote a review a couple of years ago and it wasn't glowing, so if i can write a bad one i can also write a good one, thankyou Doctor Govindu in your vigilance in insisting i had a MRI scan on my brain even though the neurosurgeon didn't think i needed one, i had indeed had a stroke which is not a massive problem because i now take medication to stop me having another one, so happy days, also im having a right pain moving my online account to patient services Michelle has been super patient with me spent ages on phone we haven't got there yet but Michelle ordered my meds and get this ding dong the next day they came to door, thanks and also to chemist, before i go when is saw Doc Govindu FRIDAY morning and he referred for the scan i got a call from Trish at the stroke unit at Wigan hospital SUNDAY afternoon and ten MONDAY morning i was having the scan, now thats service, thankyou Alan.”
