“Excellent traditional small village post office and small shop”
“Great little shop I remember visiting here when I was about 5 years old with my mum as we was visiting my great nan, excellent choice of items and staff are always happy to help with any unique requirements that you may have.”
“Fantastic Aladdin's cave of a place. They seem to have every type of crafting equipment you could ask for and I could spend hours looking around the scrap store. Loads of great quality items at low prices. Highly recommended!”
“Really friendly and helpful team. Would definitely recommend.”
“I took my car into the Runcorn branch of National tyres this week for a repair. The fault was fixed quickly and efficiently. The staff pointed out another issue with my car that I wasn't aware of. All staff were very professional, polite and very helpful.”
“Great shop. Lots of choice in styles, colours and being able to get the larger sizes. Also, I like the fact that I can go into a shop and try on. Definitely be visiting again soon.”
“Nice lad behind the till, helped me to print off my label to return a parcel back to Evri. Thank you for your help”
“Great store. Plenty of free parking and pleasant staff”
“I can't fault Hey Pharmacist. I've been with them for a while now and have never had any issues. Recently a problem did arise which was due to an issue with my GP rather than Hey Pharmacist. Regardless, Chantal from Hey Pharmacist's customer support went above and beyond to help. Chantal responded to my messages fairly immediately or at least the next working day, and helped resolve the issue quickly and effectively. Thank you!”
“For any guys wondering if there's a men's section, there is and it's got some quite good stuff! On the outside you'd think this is women's only but the men's section is pretty big in the back (Towards the right). Friendly staff and good choice of clothing and accessories.”
“Always well stocked, the staff are wonderful. Great offers for members has a cash machine and a post office.”
“I have nothing but admiration for this company! We have a number of cars, including two older Porsches and Vipa make a replacement wiper blades, much more ergonomic and visually appealing than other makes including Bosch, for almost every car! High-quality materials, excellent instructions and great style, make Vipa wiper blades worthy additions to any vehicle!”
“Plenty of parking loads room for mobility scooter”
“First class service. Great bunch of people, very helpful.”
“Excellent service very good shop”
“Excellent value for money, amazing staff - best mini market in the old town!”
“The store is large, and organised the same as any sports direct: shoe and textiles and in the textiles its split between gender and age; purpose and then brand. Admittedly the store is over crowded with stock, and it is difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair at the front. However, if you ask a member of staff (usually there is one at the front) they will move stands for easier access. Stock is placed very high, though self-help hooks are available for customers to use, and usually staff will help you out (if they're available). Unfortunately, like all Sports Directs, it is often under staffed, though Honestly some of the complaints about staff are utterly ridiculous. I've been many times and frequently purchased from the store and staff have always been perfectly polite (where appropriate). If anything staff are only rude when customers are rude to them. I recently witnessed one instance where this one girl stood and listened to a customer's tirade for over fifteen minutes (politely ask him to move after she'd served him, so she could serve others- he didn't) before- nearly in tears- she snapped back that if the customer had a problem with staff he should bring it up with the manager (which clearly she wasn't), and explained that she was not her to be yelled at, for any reason. She indicated who her manager was, and said if the customer now had a problem with her too, then he should also tell the manager. After he left, she turned to the couple in front of me and apologised for both the incident and the wait. When she served me, she did the same and I assured her that it was not a problem. Seriously the biggest problem in this store is OTHER customers, they're usually rude or ignorant and will deliberately cut in or interrupt staff as they are dealing with other people. Best to avoid at peak times as this is usually when the worst customers are in store.”
“We tried this place on Friday 2nd June, the food was absolutely delicious, I had the chicken burrito and it was really filling and probably the nicest one I have had, we also shared loaded fries with cheese and Mexican beef and potato bravado, these were also really nice, we we were served our food within 20 minutes and the waitress was attentive and really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, a hidden gem, they can’t serve alcohol but you can take your own and they provide the glasses. Honestly check it out, it was quiet that’s why I put 4 stars for atmosphere, but hopefully when word gets around they will get busier.”
“Great little shop, my father in law shopped here for years, ill always try and support local shops”
“My last 2 orders were absolutely amazing everything was cooked like it was made of love from the heart. My drinks were made to perfection, the areo milkshake was amazing and satisfied My inside making them do a happy dance”
