    “Just had an incredible experience with the XO fried rice from my go-to Chinese restaurant. The aroma that filled the room when I opened the container was mouthwatering. The rice itself was perfectly cooked—not too dry and not too sticky. The XO sauce, with its rich umami flavor, was distributed evenly, giving each bite a bold, savory kick. Generous chunks of shrimp, char siu pork, and vegetables added wonderful texture and flavor. The balance of ingredients was spot-on, making every mouthful a delightful mix of tastes and textures. A truly satisfying dish that hits all the right notes. Highly recommend!”

Birds are in cages if you bid you are paying per bird not cage if your selling there's a 10% charge on the sale of your birds there's a cafe for hot and cold food and drinks and toilets readily available and lots of parking spaces young kids have free entry. One of the better bird auctions to go to You can enter at 9:30am Auction starts at 12 pm.”
