After speaking on the phone he arrived at the exact time he has advised me, took the TV back to the workshop for a full inspection and diagnosis, he subsequently advised me how the power supply was gone and of the cost if repair, I did not think the repair was worth it due to the age of my old set so he provided me with another top branded replacement set at an affordable price. The TV Doctor (Jim) was polite, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and I praise his service and recommend him highly, five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Zaa my man, absolutely top class customer service. Speedy repair and went the extra mile with all the services. Although a curb mark seems to have appeared since I dropped off my car but since I didn't take photos beforehand I wasn't 100% sure if Zaa was the one who caused it yet he went out of his way to fix it for free and took my word for it which I greatly appreciate since I was only 95% sure I never curbed my right hand side wheels.
