“Dino and team are the best, I was new to the UK and spoke to many realtors for renting a property, it was taking a lot of time setting up viewing and providing a lot of documents. Dino was the only one who offered a viewing on Sunday and we made our decision on the spot. He took only two days to get everything cleaned up and handed over the keys. I had a couple of issues after moving in, but they got that resolved very quickly. Highly recommending Twenty20 Estates if you're looking for a rental home.”

Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise).
