Due to a medical condition, I need a dentist rather than a hygienist to carry out my cleanings, and Jordan made the whole experience so easy. He was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout, which really put me at ease. The appointment time was 7pm, which was perfect as it meant I didn’t need to take time off work. “I was served by a young lad who went by the name Izzy. He was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time to assist me in finding screws to fit into a fixture. We went through several different screws and eventually found the perfect ones. However I then stated I didn’t want any fancy branded ones of which he then proceeded to scroll through his system to get me the cheapest best value ones! Finally we opened the box and tested to see if it would fit of which it was perfect. Before paying he then asked me if I wanted a new unopened box of which I said no, it was totally fine. But still, him asking me if I wanted a new box instead was where I was really impressed. Amazing customer service! Will highly recommend going to these guys”

“Staff were so polite and very helpful during my stay but most noticeable was how clean everything was from the rooms, bathrooms and the lounge area. The location was safe, parking available first come first serve around 7 spaces at the front I’m not sure if there was parking at the rear. There are a few nice takeaway/restaurants at the bottom of the road. Well done to these guys”

“Excellent customer service from attentive staff. Restaurant is very nicely presented. Food was good, starter and dessert arrived promptly but mains arrived a little cold but still nice. Portions are very good. The vegan pepperoni pizza was very tasty. Highlight was the sticky toffee pudding. We visited using a Buyagift voucher and used to visit South Woodford branch but unfortunately this has closed down. This branch is definitely worth another visit.”

“Very friendly gym. Nice and cheerful staff. Used the Gym for a long time, loved the Body Pump classes and the main gym area. Few machines can be replaced but again you are not paying through the roof to get into a 5 star facility. It is a good gym and a nice bunch of people. Good timings and decently maintained.
