βI had my very first hyperbaric oxygen treatment at the Hale Clinic. I was a bit anxious as iβm not very good with small space. But Helen was so kind and patient with me. She took her time to explain and have stayed in the room with me the whole time. This made me feel comfortable and enjoyed my 1 hour treatment. I slept like a baby that night and have so much energy the following day. Highly recommended I will definitely have this treatment regularly!β

βPromis have helped me transform my life, having been in a very low place for a long time. From the moment I spoke to the admissions team, i knew i was in good hands, and felt reassured this was a good decision. I initially went to Hay Farm, which was a great setting amongst nature to reset and really focus on myself with the help of the therapists, who were all incredibly supportive of my recovery. I was really concerned about how I would cope when i left, as it seemed so far from real life, but the way they prepare you is really excellent. Iβve also been back for Day Care after doing a residential stint which has been super helpful as a way of gradually easing back into life, whilst keeping my recovery front and centre. The different options they have on offer are really good as it sets you up for success. Would highly recommend if you or someone you know are really in need of more focussed help and support.β

β3 months ago I was suffering with Sciatica which affects your nerves in your lower back, buttocks and leg. The GP prescribed pain killers and Physio. Which didnβt help. My elbow instantly felt relieved after the first treatment. Since then, I decided to continue the therapy with Lu. I have noticed a significant improvement on my overall wellness. I used to have cold feet but I noticed that I don't anymore. I get stressed all the time due to my busy daily routine. My neck and shoulder always feel tense. They are feeling a lot less stiff now after the treatments. The Gua Sha treatment provided by Lu is excellent. I highly recommend her. Lu is a very professional, pleasant, caring and approachable therapist. She pays attention to all the questions I had for her. I feel very comfortable when being treated by her.β

βFor a few years now I've been suffering from bouts of facial pain, variously diagnosed as Trigeminal Neuralgia/Idiopathic Facial Pain. The specialist hospital I saw offered little in the way of treatment at an early stage. When the standard treatment of low doses of anti-depressants failed, one doctor did mention that acupuncture 'might be helpful'. Since then I've been treated by Atsuke with a combination of acupuncture and herbs for the past 6 months and I can only say I have experienced a decent period of remission from all symptoms. The treatment has definitely helped and apart from addressing the pain, helps with general well being and various other digestive and energy related issues. I started with weekly visits, but have now been able to reduce to more of a maintenance program with monthly visits. It's been a pleasure to be treated at such a professional practice.β
