London is full of so called “clinics” that essentially consist of medical professionals telling you anything in order to get you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you don’t actually need. I was dealt with here in an honest and forthright manner but with also a great personal touch that really made it feel like the specialist was there to provide me with the best and most pragmatic treatment for me. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I received a complimentary snack and mimosa upon arrival. The professional I had, Nehemia was extremely nice and friendly and I highly recommend her. The pedicure chair doubled as a massage chair and I received a lovely massage during my session. 10:15 goes above and beyond for their customers which most nail studios don’t do and I’ll definitely be returning and telling everyone about here. “From reviews I believe Echo treated me, unfortunately I didn’t get her name! My bad. Honestly the best experience ever. She makes sure you’re okay, checks in on you, gives you a little background and care advice, helps you prepare, she is beyond professional. I will be returning :) She taught me a breathing technique to make the waxing process less painful, and was persistent throughout the entire process, guiding me through the breathing. Do not go to any other salon :) I’m not sure who else works here but I only saw Echo, and I have a feeling she runs this amazing salon all by herself. She is so talented. Thank you x”
