I was a bit nervous and hesitant to start with but Farri put me at ease with her professional manner and explained everything in detail. The treatments I had were Botox to the forehead, microneedling to face and skin booster under eyes. The treatments were administered so professionally that I did not feel the pain and only after a couple of hours my face was glowing. After 5 days I can say that the treatments have been successful and I am very happy with the outcome.”

London is full of so called “clinics” that essentially consist of medical professionals telling you anything in order to get you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you don’t actually need. I was dealt with here in an honest and forthright manner but with also a great personal touch that really made it feel like the specialist was there to provide me with the best and most pragmatic treatment for me. My natural lashes when I first approached her were very damaged but she was careful to cover this for me with the extensions without causing any further breakage and my natural lashes are now full underneath the extensions. She makes sure you’re okay, checks in on you, gives you a little background and care advice, helps you prepare, she is beyond professional. I will be returning :) She taught me a breathing technique to make the waxing process less painful, and was persistent throughout the entire process, guiding me through the breathing. Do not go to any other salon :) I’m not sure who else works here but I only saw Echo, and I have a feeling she runs this amazing salon all by herself. She is so talented. Thank you x”
