What really impressed me was her honesty — she told me she doesn’t believe in quick fixes and prefers to treat things properly. I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) because instead of just taking my money and going ahead with bonding, she recommended that I see a specialist orthodontist for braces. Since Innovadent doesn’t currently have an orthodontist or offer braces, it meant she was putting my best interests above everything else, which is rare to find. I’ve been to larger practices before where they were happy to give me bonding straightaway without explaining why it might not be right for me. Rosh was the first to give me the full picture, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for other treatments, just because of how much I loved Rosh! “I can't thank Dr Olivia enough. After struggling to conceive for a couple of years with a low AMH (4.3), I tried acupuncture to see if it would finally be the answer to our desires. The initial consultation was very thorough and Olivia is very knowledgeable. In fact, she helped me to understand my fertility more than previous NHS doctors and consultants. She suggested my short menstrual cycle (24 days) could be the reason for our troubles and so we worked to reset my body and extend my cycle and give the lining of my uterus time to thicken so that an egg could stick. Olivia managed my expectations and said this could take months but felt confident that we could make my cycle longer. To our amazement, after a week of acupuncture, Olivia managed to lengthen my cycle by 3 days which in turn allowed an egg to finally stick. We tested positive and I continued with acupuncture for the first 6 weeks. This year, we gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl and I am so thankful to Olivia to her help. She is such a lovely human, very supportive and spoke to me almost daily during my treatment. I recently brought my daughter to meet Olivia which was such a beautiful full circle moment.
