“I've just picked up my bridal lehenga this week - after many visits to Sonas getting it just right! Throughout the process, both my mum and I have been so impressed by Valentina. I'm not a "traditional bride" and never wanted a heavy outfit. Valentina has always worked with that, never against it - she's made me feel special and bridal in my own way. She has come up with thoughtful recommendations (e.g. jewellery and dupatta draping), made sure the alteration process worked well. She's always been polite, professional and reassuring (never pushy!) and we really appreciate how much time and effort Valentina has put in to answer questions. She is a real credit to Sonas, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the store due to her!”

“The service was absolutely remarkable. I get a bit nervous and they were closing within 5 minutes yet a staff member called Adrian (along with a very helpful lady) was so professional and patient with me. I asked for a different size whilst nervously looking at the clock, he said it was no problem at all. I've never met a service provider at a young age that can be patient, efficient, and professional all at once whilst making me feel totally at ease.
