There is always a lovely atmosphere and " the girls" make me feel welcome whatever time of day. I have been " styled" by the same 2 girls in all that time. ( Both having been off on maternity leave at various times). Both have always listened to my style and colour choices throughout the years, and always accommodate them, but offering constructive ideas of their own..... Which always turn out to be good ones!”

“Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!”

“CMW hero’s I have just had a VW Golf serviced at one of the local dealerships. They reported that one of the seat belts was stuck. When I collected the car the adapter for the dog lead was stuck, it has a number of attachments and the wrong one had been used, they refused to accept responsibility and we left. We went straight to CMW to desperately ask for some help, my wife was ferrying around our daughter and her brides maids the following day looking for a wedding dress and needed all the seats. One of the guys had a look, tried and tried to release the seat belt and after a lot of determination and skill managed to get the dog lead adapter free. “DLG Auto services Orpington were absolutely fantastic. The two gentlemen that came to pick up my car and were very polite and efficient. They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car.
