I have been with the practice for over 17 years and when I moved to Forestdale, I refused to change my GP practice and had to contest to stay at this practice due to the great service my family gets. Thankfully I was granted permission to stay at this practice. Doctor Nana and Sobena are loving and caring Doctors who never rush you when you go to see them. The GP was reassuring and took action on my health concerns quickly - including referral for minor surgery within two days at Parchmore itself. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”

“Very happy with service I received. I had 4 tyres changed along with wheel balance and alignment. The guys were very helpful and accommodating. Also listened to any concerns I had without quibble. I was especially impressed that they actually used a torque wrench when replacing the lug nuts as opposed to just over tightening like most places do! Would definitely use again in the future”
