“This place is a gem. The food was unreal. The awaze lamb in particular was easily one of the best dishes I have eaten this year. Portions are generous, flavours are rich, and everything feels prepared with care. What truly sets this restaurant apart is the people. The owners are warm, welcoming, and great to talk to. I ended up chatting with them for a while and you can feel how much pride they put into their work. They treat you like a guest, not just a customer. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely good people behind it. Highly recommend. This spot deserves the love.”

“Wow. The food served here is excellent. It has a combination of traditional dishes and then some modern twists - and bother were equally spectacular. I was also impressed with the desserts, not easy to get cakes of this quality at a restaurant - a lot of restaurants opt for the run of the mill types, but the cakes here were divine! I cant wait to go back to try more! Full of flavour. Also great service and service with a smile! An all round pleasant experience”

“Excellent colombian food with a slight twist. Went there on a Saturday for lunch, the first to arrive for lunch. The menu was very interesting, with some traditional Colombian dishes and others a bit more their twist (e.g., the sushi with plantain, and the buñuelos with smoked mackerel). We ordered a few dishes for the two of us to share. The arepas con choclo, buñelos, empanadas, plantain sushi, and the arroz atollado. It took awhile for the food to come, which I think has to do with us being the first to order lunch. The good thing is that it did indicate that the food was freshly made, rather than reheated. All in all, the plates were very tasty. My favorite was probably the arroz atollado (rice with coconut and seafood). The amount of seafood in the rice was generous, the coconut flavor and the sauce were really tasty. The crispy fried plantains added a nice crunch to it. It could have used a bit of acid, but all in all it was great. The arepas con choclo (arepas with corn kernels) were probably my second favorite, but arepas with choclo are my favorite kind of arepas. The empanadas were my least favorite. It's not that they weren't good, but I thought they could have more carne and less potatos. The amount of food was good for the two of us, no complaints about portion sizes. I read a few negative reviews saying that the food didn't have any bold flavors. I guess that many people associate Latin American food mainly with Mexican food, with their use of spices, moles, and other salsas to boost the flavor. Colombian food isn't like that. It's generally not spicy, but more about letting the flavor of the base ingredients come through. Worth noting that most of the menu is naturally gluten free.”

“I recently dined at Kashi, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with family or friends. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the delicious spread of Indian dishes. We started with the chats, which were bursting with flavor and had the perfect balance of spices and textures. Moving on to the main course, the dal makhani was rich and creamy, exactly how it should be. The veg makhanwala was equally impressive, with a delightful blend of vegetables in a luscious, buttery sauce. The naans were simply outstanding – soft, fluffy, and the ideal accompaniment to the curries. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise. Overall, Kashi exceeded our expectations with its superb food and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine.”

“We had dinner here on a Sunday night so it was very quiet. Nevertheless we were greeted by Arvin who was a great host and explained that it was family run and that showed as the food here is very good and they obviously care about their product. Each dish has its own distinctive flavour and colour. We had the lamb rogan josh which was excellent. I also had their special chicken dish. The chicken was tender and succulent and I could not fault it. This is a great restaurant and we will return. I just wish we had gone to it before!”

“Really lovely dinner here - it’s a warm quite jazzy atmosphere inside, and the staff who looked after us were absolutely lovely, looked after us really well. And the food! The dishes we ordered were fabulous, starters and mains, the menu had quite a few interesting dishes you don’t see in every Indian restaurant. They also had a nice special tennis menu on for the championship. We also had some cocktails which were delicious and big too. We’ll be back :)”

“Great South Indian restaurant in Tooting. I’ve eaten here about five times and never had a bad meal. The masala dosa there is awesome. I went for the Cochin prawn curry for my main with pilau rice. It was very tasty. Not too spicy either, packed full of flavour and nice hint of tamarind. Had a 600ml cobra which was good value. Service was quick and polite. Felt well looked after. It was relatively quiet when I went but it can get busy so make sure you book. I will definitely go back. Food is really good here.”

“AMAZING curry! We recently moved into the area and thought we would stop into Indian Fusion to grab a takeaway. The owner, Hakim, was so nice to us and gave us recommendations. Everything was so so so tasty. Hakim gave us some onion bhajis to try and they were incredible, especially with his homemade yoghurt sauce. The naan was fantastic and the curries were amazing. Next time we’ll try the korai curry as recommended by Hakim.”

“After arriving at St.Pancras we we're longing for a good breakfast. I booked in advance to avoid disappointment if the place was packed. I checked the website for specials before arrival so I knew they had some interesting christmas specials. I chose the naan with honeyglazed pigs in blankets one of the specials. It was so good with two perfect runny sunny side up eggs. Combined with my bottemless Chai and a few sips from my daughters mango lassi made it the perfect start of a very busy day. My partner had the full Bombay which you can't go wrong with when you are a big ester and our daughter had childrens size cinnamon pancakes with cream and fresh fruits. All the food was amazing and most of the staff were great. The location is also beautiful. I love how the buildings got made into a new destination! Fyi I know the pictures of the food might look underwhelming but the flavor explosion is real. I choose flavor over aesthetically pleasing food any day.”

“It's all in the name! Great food in a modern and laid-back setting, with options for vegetarians and vegans. I got the Samosa Chole Chaat and the Jackfruit Biryani. Both were seasoned exquisitely, and rich in flavor. The chole chaat had offered a nice contrast with it's use of chutney, while the biryani was laden with spices. I thought I'd never learn to like jackfruit, but there's a first for everything! Would come back again on my next visit to London.”

I had the green chicken curry and rice for £9.50 and it was massive! Could almost split it between 2 people, easily do able if you were to add another small dish alongside it! “I recently visited Rosa’s Thai – Wimbledon and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal or dining with friends. The food is delicious, full of authentic Thai flavors, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. What impressed me the most was the service from Aui, one of the servers. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She gave great menu recommendations and made sure everything went smoothly from ordering to paying the bill. Her excellent service really made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience — tasty food and outstanding service. “Fantastic local place. This is the type of restaurant we need to keep using otherwise Lordship Lane will just end up all chains and lose the neighbourhood feeling. Fantastic pizza and pasta. And home made tiramisu to die for.”
