“Ate in with family for a birthday meal. All the curries, rice, pappadums and chutneys were excellent. We tried the korma, tikka masala, dopiaza, bhuna and biryani. A few pieces of chicken were tougher than I like but I felt the curries made up for it didn't take anything away from my enjoyment of the meal. Service is excellent from every staff member we interacted with. One dish I wasn't very sure about was the Leemu ice cream. It comes in a very well presented pot so is fun to eat, however the consistency was harder and icier than I expected. It was more like a hard sorbet than ice cream. So whilst my meal wasn't absolutely perfect, I did enjoy the overall experience and felt that it was great value. Our total bill was on par with ordering from a take away.”

We spent quite a lot of time there enjoying the atmosphere, and the highlight of our visit was their special and unique Biryani – it was simply outstanding, beyond words! Only slight compliant it that they often don't always stick to the predicted delivery time on just eat - once was really early (fine if you're in the house but if you were ordering on your way home or popped out it might not be) and the most recent time was late. “I was an extremely happy regular customer, the food is exquisite. Good size portions and the quality is great. I'm very choosey about my food, and they have never let me down. I've since moved to Swindon, and regularly get food collected by family and brought down to me, because it really is the best. If it wasn't 2 hours away, I'd happily pay a delivery charge to get it !! The customer service is second to none, they really take pride in their food and creating the best meal for you. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Excellent eating place, clean good looking and staff are brilliant. The owner is Mo he's brilliant at suggesting really nice authentic Indian dishes if you want something a little more true to asian cooking he will cater for you. The only downside is the disable access to the restaurant and the bathroom, otherwise they are willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Ps not badly priced either so looking forward to another visit before I leave London.”

“The food was amazing. We bought Ackee & Saltfish dumplings, festivals, BBQ chicken and Jerk chicken with Rice and peas. (Cannot believe we forgot the Plantain). The Guinness punch was also nice. The food was delivered within 45 mins and was pipping hot (and given we live 20mins away, this is a HUGE plus). I am assuming nothing was microwaved either as everything tasted fresh and well-made. Look forward to ordering from you again!”

“Always hot and fresh if you eat in/takeaway - coin toss with delivery services as usual. From my experience food is always made to order unlike at most fast food places - you might wait a few minutes but it's worth it.”

“Delicious and hot pizza as always would highly recommend to try out their food specially meat feast vegetarian hot pizzas with thin crust don’t forget to try their side orders as well nuggets and hot wings . “I have eaten here my whole life, I've never noticed any decline in food or service. Staff are always friendly, whether I pick up or order a delivery. I am a picky eater so I always have rather specific requests and they always accommodate my needs with a smile. I believe their food to be good value for money, my tummy has never not been satisfied eating here. Thank you Phoenix for delicious meals every time! :)”

“I have used the Chinese shop for a while now, at the beginning the food was ok however over the last 4 times I’ve ordered the food has been amazing I think maybe under new management. “First time using Ranna Ghor. We had one issue - received chicken Tikka Masala instead of paneer. I called the restaurant and they were genuinely sorry and very apologetic and got us a replacement promptly. How they react to a problem is often how I judge a place and this was good customer service. As for the food... excellent all round and we will definitely use again. Impressed!”
