“I had reason to use this garage for a third time when my car lost power unexpectedly (It had previously had a repair and an MOT). Once again they did not disappoint. Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car. Although in the end the fault disappeared spontaneously, the garage suggested they keep the car overnight to make sure everything was OK. Everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend. It is so great to finally find a garage you can trust. Update: I have recently used Empire Garages again and once again they were fantastic. A fast friendly honest service.”

“My car was damaged in an accident and the insurers gave me a number of options. I chose this company to use mainly because they can't be bad if they fix London black cabs. Tony explained the whole process to me so I felt quite comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I called them quite frequently for an update and each time I felt they where courteous and happy to talk to me. I have had previous cars that have been repaired by other garages where you can tell there's been some sort of repair, but this time the car looks amazing with nothing to suggest there's been a repair. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing any sort of body repair.”

“The waiting area is very comfortable and child friendly. The staff welcoming. A lot of young faces so the owner is investing in his workforce. The centre has high ceilings so can accommodate tall vans. The owner hasn't failed to answer the phone once and has been able to get my vehicle processed at a time suitable for me. Happy overall will be using for all my vehicles in future.”

“Had a small chip in my window screen. Took it to autoglass, and the chap looked at it and said it could be filled rather than a new windowscreen Took it to the chap on Thursday (01/02) He had it done very quickly, just under 30 minutes. It looks really good. I can barely see the chip anymore. I'm very happy. Definitely will use it again. They were very busy while I was waiting, people popping down, so they were running a little behind, but no one can refuse work. It's definitely worth a visit if you need a chip fixing.”
