“I discovered Spa Bar a few months ago, and I've experienced different treatments, all of which I have been highly impressed with. The lymphatic massages are incredible as are the facials. I'd highly recommend this salon and would definitely experience one of the lymphatic massages. Kiran is highly experienced and it's always lovely having a catch up with her during the treatments!”

“We booked a table for a party of six at Izgara Northwood and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was lively and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the evening. We ordered the large platter, which came with a tasty selection of hot and cold mezes, followed by a generous mixed grill that didn’t disappoint. We also tried the lamb sarma beyti that was incredible! Full of flavour and the kofte was juicy! There was a small mix-up where one of the hot mezes wasn’t quite hot, possibly sitting out a bit too long, but our server was fantastic and replaced the platter with a fresh one straight away, which was shows great service! If we had to nitpick, the music was a touch loud at times, but it didn’t take away from the experience. All in all, great food, great service, and a brilliant evening. Would happily return!”

Small and welcoming restaurant that serves not just the staple Indian curry house dishes, but also inventive creations as the creamy Rajestan tikka with mango and coconut and the South Indian Garlic Chilli Tikka that was bursting with flavour. “Lovely little pub, friendly staff. They do not serve food except for crisps, nuts, etc. But they do allow you to bring food in or use Uber eats or takeaway delivery service. They will even give you plates and their cutlery to use. The pub is nice inside lots of round tables and some long benches. Toilets are very clean and spacious. They play sports on big tv screens during the day and early evening. Usually football, rugby or cricket. They often have a band on a saturday evening which are usually very good. Last night when we went it was a 5 piece band and they played from 9pm till around 11pm. Lots of people, including us, got up to dance. It was a great night. I would recommend the pub and love the fact that they are happy for you to bring your own food in.”

The jungle curry was on point, hot as it should be, everything else was brilliant as well, espcially the beef salad, overall it was great, with good staff and service.”

“First time visiting Mandarin and we had a wonderful evening. I was craving Chinese food and this really hit the spot! We had no reservation but called 10mins before and the staff were super friendly and warm. We had looked at the menu beforehand & ordered the vegetarian starter plate for 2 - a great selection, and we really loved the salt&chilli broccoli, and satay skewers. I would definitely have the brocolli again! (Spring rolls could have been a little bit crispier) Staff were attentive and warm, decor was lovely and it was a relaxing & enjoyable experience (unlike some restaurants that rush you!) We weren't rushed to order mains, and were really impressed with our black bean mock duck sizzler. We were a bit too full but have leftover Singapore noodles as takeaway. Great veggie & vegan options with lots of range & clear labelling (sometimes very hard to come by!) We will definitely be back. Thank you Poona for a lovely evening”

“Moving to another country is always difficult in the beginning, imagine during a pandemic. The Homely Apartments’ management was very helpful, quick to respond to all my questions and resolve all my wishes with great flexibility and care. I arrived in a spotless clean and well kept, almost brand new apartment. It was warm, safe and very well equipt in every aspect. I didn’t have to buy anything, only food for myself. The area is quiet and there is a nice field behind where I could go running track. To get to the city center is a 5 minutes drive, supermarkets also. I highly recommend it for long and even for shorter terms, very comfortable and convenient.”
