The other day I had an alternator/battery red warning light issue and as I was close by, I called Magic and he said “Come right over before your battery goes flat” and upon diagnosis an exchange Bosch alternator was ordered and fitted the same afternoon. For example, I booked both of my cars in for full service and on both occasions, they called me to say they only needed an interim, thus saving me money. Instincts, the car was booked immediately, i was told it will be two week maximum, I personally delivered the car even though it was 2 hrs away two weeks after im so happy I did , I run a small car sales of 28 cars and ive never ever seen such professionalism, calling the mechanics is a insult' these guy are top notch engineers and what they dont know is not worth knowing, i seen these people working in an Immaculate garage / Immaculate working clothes, How can these people not get oily? “Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”
