I had an appointment and was taken right on time, which I always appreciate. My barber Osman was incredible. The most important part: they actually listened to what I wanted. We had a quick chat about the style I was going for, and they offered some great professional suggestions that improved on my idea. The cut itself is flawless. The attention to detail was next-level—the fade is perfect, the lines are razor-sharp, and the scissor work on top is exactly how I wanted it. You can just tell when someone is a true master of their craft, and that's the feeling I got. My barber was meticulous and took their time to get it right, never rushing. Beyond the amazing technical skill, the customer service was top-notch. It was just a great, relaxing experience. Good conversation, no awkwardness, and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. The price is more than fair for this level of quality and service. I've already booked my next appointment. I can't recommend this place highly enough! If you're looking for a new barber, do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.”

The barbers in there are friendly and willing to chat. But something I really wanted to shout out was when I once saw a customer in there with mental disabilities. They didn't just accommodate him, but rather they were actively warm and friendly and tried to keep him engaged through his haircut. THAT'S when they won my permanent business. It gets really busy in here so you're best off either making an appointment or going in at off peak times. Also, there's a stamp card scheme (9th haircut is free).”
