I rang them up to get some advice on how to remove them without damaging. They were very helpful and although they did not have to.. spoke to me at length on the best method. “I have always found using this dog groomer to be a stress free and enjoyable experience. Kirsty is very friendly and booking an appointment to suit us both is easy. Despite the fact that our dog is probably not the easiest dog in the World to groom she always goes happily with Kirsty and comes out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. Kirsty sends a text when our dog is ready for collection so it all works perfectly - well done Kirsty.”

“I have had the joy of Rebecca tending to my precious rings both heirloom and wedding/engagement. She restored their beauty, shine and sizing them to meet the needs of my smaller fingers. Her service was thoughtful, speedy and reasonably priced for the task. I have also had the joy of attending a day at her workshop learning how to work with jewellery and made my own silver Christmas decoration. This was a truly amazing experience which I did with my mum and sister and hope that one day after the pandemic might become available again. Rebecca is a real artist who put heart and soul in to every piece of work that she crafts. I would recommend her to everyone. I love her designs and look forward to wearing one of her bespoke pieces in the future.”

“On a holiday in Kent and couldn't get a proper haircut after failed attempts. Found this round the corner and thought what's the worst that could happen. Turned out to be a great experience. Walked in and was able to get a cut almost immediately. The barber needed no directions (most times you need to direct barbers who are not of African origin) and I was very very pleased with the cut. This will be my go to spot whenever I'm visiting family in the area. Service is excellent and the price was also shockingly affordable. Thanks a lot!”

We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. “Burlanes did a great job on our family kitchen, dinning area with bar and utility room. We’d been mentally planning the kitchen for a few years so we had a clear vision - which Helen managed to bring to life with her design. The final result is a joy to cook, eat and relax in - we love it. As with any big build we had a few hiccups on the way but Josh was great in helping us out and persistently chasing down our missing appliances which were suffering from supplier delays. And a highlight was fitter Sam an absolute pleasure to have around the house - always a smile and a brilliant attention to detail. Thank you”
