“Absolutely loved the atmosphere! We got a warm welcome from the manager, and our lovely waitress made the whole experience even better. The food was amazing—beautifully presented and full of flavor. I had the chicken liver to start, followed by lamb chops and ribs. The liver was super tasty, and the chops were so tender they just melted in my mouth. My sister ordered a salad and a few other things—loved the little butterfly on the salad! Great service all around. Will definitely be back!”

“Never fails to dissapoint. The food is never overcooked, the presentation is amazing and such friendly staff. Ordered American pancakes. Unlike other cafes who serve you scotch pancakes from a packet these were homemade and absolutely delicious. Well done cafe Abella, you've created a customer for life.”

“What a lovely place. From first booking our afternoon tea to arriving, Kelly was great. Our groups food intolerances were catered for extremely well & everyone enjoyed a delicious & plentiful afternoon tea. We had lovely fresh sandwiches, warm soft scones, not dry or crumbly & a large variety of delicious cakes all served in authentic crockery, a nice touch. Even our dog was welcomed just as much as we were. We had to take our leftovers home as we couldn't finish all of the delicious cakes, a welcomed treat later on. Thank you to Kelly & Eastbrookend tea rooms for a lovely afternoon tea. We'll be back & would recommend!”

Our Server Tom, the Manager is a wonderful guy, very knowledgeable and friendly, my partner is lactose intolerant and they have a clever system in place to help with our dietary requirements. The food was gorgeous and the atmosphere was amazing. we were welcomed and greeted with a smile and received excellent customer service. He delivered both the single and double Cashmere Orthopaedic foam mattresses on the same day I placed the order, which was a huge convenience. My friend had the double gut buster (what a name!) which consists of two quarter pounder patties and a generous amount of lamb doner strips. PS this place only takes cash but there is a Tesco a few minutes away from the shop.”

Quantity of biriyani is good compared to the price, but i like to have 2 at a time not because of the quantity but because of the taste and you cannot stop eating it now its become a month every Saturday or Sunday this is our Cheet meal. Must try chicken biriyani with grilled chicken and salad deadly combo. Also just want to share todays experiance as i saw a customer just changed the order during the delivery when it was fully prepared and pack and handed over to customer, still the staff there took care of the changes and handled the situation really well. Helpful and supportive staff as always.”

It's still a great place and the food has had its moments but I really do feel that now it's found its balance and the food is really good! Don't change anything food wise! You guys nailed it. It's definitely a great place to take the family and a nice venue to watch cricket too! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! If your not sure, please just give it a go at least. It's normally not too busy and a great place to chill and have a few beers. The mixed grill is a great place to start!”

“A lovely, inviting place to eat. The staff are wonderful, very warm and welcoming. Comfortable seating area with delightful background music, the menu is full and the food is authentic Athenian. We had lamb souvlaki/gyros, gyros plate, Greek sausage and salad. The meat was beautifully marinated, the chips were delicious, the salad was perfect and the feta was fresh. There are Greek beers and wines on offer. It was the best meal I have had in a long time and it was reasonably priced as well. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
